FBI and Email
You probably think that the person you send the email to is the only one reading it. It sounds quite logical, and a lot of people who do not know how FBI operates might believe that. It has been reported that FBI for many years have been violating the privacy of people by accessing their Internet traffic reports. In most cases it might have been justified. I do not know if everyone agrees with me, but I do not want anyone to violate a person’s privacy without a good reason. Looking at how FBI abuses their privileges seems like they really enjoy this. Fortunately, the American Senate is not that pleased with what is going on, and last year the Justice Department enacted guidelines that sternly reminded FBI agents to carefully follow the rules.
