Google Sites
About two years ago Google acquired JotSpot. JotSpot’s technology was very useful, and eventually it allowed to create Google Sites. Google Sites is yet another service from Google, and this time it is a tool that allows to create websites collaboratively. Information from other Google applications like Google Docs, Google Calendar, YouTube and Picasa can be used as well while creating the websites. You will be able to specify who has access to which files, whether it is only you, your team or even organization. Internet users will be able to use up to 10GB of storage in order to store documents in their Google Apps account. You can create the sites completely yourself or even use some built-in templates including dashboard, blog, file cabinet, and a list. If you already have a Google Apps account, you will need to enable Google Sites manually.
