Playing Games at Work

There have been various polls conducted showing that many employees play games at work instead of working. They often indulge themselves in playing browser games that can be quickly hidden if there is a need, like for example if their boss is coming. I think that playing games is a great way to relax, but everything has to be done in moderation. Playing at work might not be the best idea. After all, if you have to constantly look around to see whether your boss is coming, you will not be able to fully relax anyway. Because of that your productivity will suffer as well. Some employers are monitoring all websites their employees are visiting, but it does not change the fact that around 30% of people are playing at work.
